Event Description

The needs of school office staff are unique. This course is completely different from the teachers’ courses and solely for Primary, Intermediate and Secondary school office administrators. A hands-on course focussing :

  • Creating office staff who are power users of G Suite or Office 365
  • Google Sheets or Office 365 for administration and finance
  • Google forms or typeform

This course is Hands-on, Interactive, Practical and Collaborative

Forms

  • creating and publishing forms
  • questions types and data validation
  • using directing users to particular questions based on their answer to ensure that you get complete data

Google sheets or Microsoft Excel:

  • Filters (managing a massive sheet)
  • Conditional formatting (changing the colour / formatting of a cell based on its contents)
  • Other standard spreadsheets

 

What To Bring

Your laptop, charger and (if you prefer) a mouse. Laptops are available on loan is required.

About TTS Events

All TTS PL Events are hands on, practical workshops. Participants need to bring a laptop and a mouse if they need it. In many cases, an iPad or tablet is useful too.
